PEACE, LOVE, SOUL
NORTHERN SOUL COLLECTOR!
OUTTA SIGHT presents the first in a new series of Northern Soul albums for the collector.
Volume 1 brings together 24 tracks popularized on the UK all-night scene from its heyday in the 1970s to the current generation. The songs originate from the golden era of soul music spanning almost a decade from The Showman's "The Wrong Girl" in 1962 to Little Johnny Blair's "Mommas Gone" in 1970. The collection represents much loved classics from Northern Soul's heritage - Don Varner's "Tear Stained Face" and Gene Chandler's "I Can Take Care Of Myself" - plus new-to-CD rarities such as the £3,000 "I Can't Get Enough Of You" by Charles Brandy and forgotten oldies such as "Omar Khayam" by the Rubaiyats.
There's something for everyone in the Outta Sight collector's record box!
Available from all good record stores.
